Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

BlushDrops ("we", "us", "our") operates blushdrops.com, a non-custodial web3 portal that helps users discover unclaimed cryptocurrency airdrops and swap ERC-20 tokens across multiple blockchains. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

BlushDrops is non-custodial. We never have access to:

You interact with the blockchain through your own wallet. Every transaction is signed by you, from your device.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:

3. How We Use Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

BlushDrops relies on the following third-party providers to function. Each has its own privacy policy:

5. Fiat On-Ramp Providers

If you use a "Buy Crypto" feature on our site, you will be redirected to a third-party provider (MoonPay, Transak, Fonbnk, or similar). These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are responsible for collecting any KYC or identity information required by their regulators. BlushDrops does not receive or store your identity documents.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to remember your preferred wallet provider so that navigation between pages remains seamless. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics that identify you personally.

7. Blockchain Data

Because blockchain transactions are permanent and public, any on-chain data you generate (wallet address, transaction history) is visible to anyone. We cannot delete or modify on-chain data. This is a fundamental property of public blockchains.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard practices including HTTPS, secure hosting, and read-only RPC connections. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and seed phrase.

9. Children's Privacy

BlushDrops is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at owenlandia450@gmail.com. Note that we cannot delete on-chain data.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new policy.
